Who we are
Kimberwick LLC operates kimberwickvisuals.com. In this policy, "we" means Kimberwick LLC. Questions about this policy go to matt@kimberwickvisuals.com.
What we collect
What you send us. When you request a meeting, we collect the details you enter: your name, email, organization, phone number if you provide it, and the details of your event.
How you found us. With your inquiry we record the page you arrived on and, if you came through an ad, the campaign and click identifiers attached to that visit.
How the site is used. We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site, and Google Ads to measure whether our advertising leads to inquiries. These services use cookies and similar technologies and receive information such as your IP address, device and browser details, and the pages you visit.
Embedded films. Films on this site are hosted by Vimeo, which may set its own cookies when a film loads.
How we use it
We use your information to reply to your inquiry, prepare a proposal, serve you as a client, and run our business. We also use it to measure our advertising. When an inquiry becomes a project, we may report that result to Google Ads using the click identifier from your visit, or your email address in hashed form, so Google can connect it to the ad you saw. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
We share information only with service providers that help us run the site and our business, such as our web host, Google for email, analytics and advertising measurement, and Vimeo for video, and when the law requires it.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry records for as long as we need them to respond to you, work with you, and meet our legal and accounting obligations. Then we delete them.
Your choices
You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you by writing to matt@kimberwickvisuals.com. You can limit ad personalization in Google's My Ad Center, opt out of Google Analytics with Google's browser add-on, and block or delete cookies in your browser settings.
Children
This site is for businesses and organizations. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post any change to this policy on this page with a new date.
